Sunset at the Palms is where you go for serenity, peace, quiet and an overall laid-back vibe. But if you’re feeling like something vigorous, stop by our activities desk. There’s plenty to choose from – non-motorized water sports including snorkeling, kayaking and wind surfing, traditional Jamaican cooking classes and bartending classes, too. Even offsite excursions to the sites of Jamaica.

As the “capital of casual,” we invite you to relax and soak up the sun by the turquoise-blue pool. However, if you’re looking for some excitement, we have an array of non-motorized water sports to keep you busy on the two-mile long, crescent-shaped beach. Try your hand at kayaking, bobble along or skim by on a windsurfer. Under the waves, you can snorkel around Negril’s arches, caverns, coral gardens and offshore reefs.

On land, check out our island cooking class, learn to mix with the pros at our “mixology class” or take a nature walk with Shorty, our resident gardener.

Off-site, our guest services desk can help set up day trips for golf, river rafting, canoeing, diving, horseback riding, mountain biking and much more. And when you return – unwind in our poolside hot tub or keep cool as you drift to the swim-up bar for a drink.
